Presented at the Population Association of America (PAA) 2024 conference in Columbus OH, this poster summarizes the findings of a manuscript (submission stage) on differences in risk of cesarean deliveries among marginalized populations. Of particular importance is the finding that women at multiple identities of disadvantage, such as women of colour and women from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, are at a higher risk of C-section surgeries than women that belong to only one marginalized population.
